How do I change my opening hours or holiday dates?
Write to us from your space with the new hours or dates. Small tweaks remain possible once your website is online, and we usually answer within a day.
Can I show my prices?
Yes, if you want to. List your products with their prices when you tell us about your bakery, and we set them out as a menu. You can also leave the prices out and just describe what you bake.
Can customers order online?
The site doesn't take orders or payments itself. It explains how to order (which cakes, for how many, how far ahead) and puts your phone number and email within reach, like on the Maison Dupain example.
I don't have good photos. Is that a problem?
No. Send what you have, even photos taken with your phone: we design the site around them. You can send more later.
Many of my customers are tourists. Can the site be in English too?
Yes. Your site can have a version in each language you choose (French, English, Spanish, German or Italian), with visitors switching from one to the other. The Maison Dupain example is in French and English.
